What is a Media Streamer?

The term "media streamer" applies to any device that can access online streaming services to deliver content to your TV. Our boxes work similarly to a smart TV and are an affordable option for consumers looking to ditch the cable subscription.

Why opt for the Formuler option?

Like a smart TV, they'll help you stream content that isn't broadcast live on cable, letting you play your favorite titles and take a break for snacks. However, not all media streamers are created equal: options such as Google Chromecast will require a smartphone or tablet to access content with the Formuler GTV, unlike the Amazon Fire and Roku Streaming Sticks products. Keep in mind that most media streamers just help you easily access your favorite high definition streaming services, and sometimes you'll still have to pay for your subscriptions separately, or use free apps such as GEM or Tou.tv

Do you sell IPTV subscriptions?

NO. We do not sell ANY SUBSCRIPTION or type of IPTV subscription. We are only distributors of Formuler smart boxes. What you do with it afterwards is not our responsibility.

What kinds of services can we access next?

All Formuler media streamers connect to the internet, which opens up a world of limitless entertainment possibilities for you. Popular video services like Netflix are offered fairly universally, while other services like YouTube, Flickr, and Google Play may need to be downloaded during setup.

By going to the store via the menu. By hovering your mouse over the BOXES menu, you will find all the available models. Select the model that suits you and click on add to cart. Pay, and receive it at home quickly!

How to cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, contact us immediately. Please note that the order can only be canceled before it has been dispatched. In this case, you will get a full refund.

What are your order processing times?

The order will be dispatched within 3 business days of your online order, right after the payment is marked as 'processed' successfully. If for some reason the order cannot be dispatched, we will contact you to try to resolve the problem.

Do we have tracking on our order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number and instructions for using the number. Please let us know if you are having difficulty tracking your order.

What are your delivery times?

Depending on the shipping method, your geo-location and order time, the order normally takes 2-5 business days after dispatch to arrive at your doorstep. If you have not received the order for too long, please check with your local post office for delivery failure. So contact us immediately if you cannot find your order.

Where do you deliver?

We currently ship products to most parts of Canada. But we do not ship any orders to PO boxes.

What is the warranty on the products?

Our limited warranty applies to all products purchased from Formuler Worldwide Inc. through this website. This warranty is for 12 months and covers any defect in material or workmanship under normal use during the period. Please note that our warranty does not cover problems caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in materials or workmanship. For example, physical damage to the exterior or interior part.

How can I claim the implementation of my guarantee?

Before claiming the warranty, please see the answers above. If the product you purchased from Formuler Worldwide Inc. is covered under warranty, contact us through our contact page to start the warranty process. CAUTION: Before using the product, read the instruction manual carefully and follow the manual to assemble, use and store the product.

How to return in product?

You may return all physical items purchased from Formuler Worldwide Inc. within 15 days. But beware: to complete the return, the item must be in its original packaging with a resalable condition (therefore perfect). In this condition, shipping charges will be deducted if Formuler Worldwide Inc. is required to provide a return shipping label. All electronic products can only be returned once the package has been opened unless the product is defective on arrival (with dated proof). The customer must prove that the product is really defective with a video. Before starting the return process, please read the return policy and make sure the product can be returned. Then, contact us to request the return.

Who is responsible for the cost of returning products?

If the return is not due to a product defective on arrival or our own error, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs plus a 10% restocking fee.

Do you have an exchange policy?

Can I get a purchase refund?

Yes, you can get a full refund if you cancel the order before shipment has been made. You will get a partial refund: that is, a full refund minus the restocking fee and return label shipping fee for products returned under our own warranty.

ATTENTION – IMPORTANT :

We are in no way linked with companies providing IPTV subscriptions (Radio-Canada, TVA, and other OTT) and we do not provide any technical support that these companies must provide to you directly. If you have a problem with these providers you must contact them directly and our guarantee of our products absolutely does not include technical support in the event of a problem with IPTV applications and subscriptions and therefore we will not accept ANY CLAIM on this subject via our website.
